This is my first post, yay!

Who We Are & What We'll Be Doing

Two Kinds of Beautiful is a lifestyle blog.  We realized that we were taking pictures of the same things, but they were different.  So we thought, “ What if we had a blog, where we’d each do the same project and share it?”  We knew that they’d be the same project, but in most cases very different.  These will all be tutorials, so you can choose which way you like best to do it.  Now here is our introductions:

I’m Maggie, I’m 13 years old.  I live in Myrtle Beach, SC, in an old beach house, that’s about a block away from the beach.  My family and I lived with my Grandparents (on my mom’s side) till I was 9.  Then we moved to the other side of town into a small house, nine months later we moved to the house we’re living in now.  I’m homeschooled, my favorite subject is probably History.  I enjoy baking, cooking, reading, traveling, dancing, pinning and fangirling.  I have two sisters Audrey, 11 and Sadie, 8, we also have a dog Lucy (.http://doublelbeast.blogspot.com/) she is about 4 years old.  I have 9 cousins and a lot of friends who are more like sisters than friends.  My favorite colour is pink, which is why a lot of stuff I do will be pink.  =)  You can follow me on Pinterest at miliffb, I’ll be getting a lot of my ideas from there.

I’m Anna, a blogger to Two Kinds Of Beautiful.  I’m 13, and I live in Franklinton, NC.  My favorite things to do are read, draw, sew, knit, craft, bake(especially bake!), and I enjoy doing anything outside, such as :  Hunting, Fishing, Biking, Hiking, Swimming, Gardening, Playing in the Woods, and gardening.  My favorite subject in school is probably Science, though I enjoy History too.  Oh, and I’m homeschooled, which is lots of fun. :)  I am learning to play the violin, and I clog!  My favorite colors are Lavender, Blue, and Green, but I enjoy Yellow, Red, and Purple too.  I am the oldest in a family of 5 kids.  My younger siblings are Layne(11), Luke (9), Megan (7), and Lauren (4).  I have 8 cousins, one of whom is Maggie :)  My favorite places to vacation are Topsail Beach, NC, and the mountains of Asheville, NC(Most especially the mountains).  My family has a poodle named Nash, and a cat named Maribelle.  I also have a rabbit, named Oreo (aka the sweetest rabbit ever :).  You’ll find that lots of things I post will be: sparkly, blue or lavender, and sometimes (actually lots of times), Rainbow.  :)   Oh, and my sister Layne and I have another blog too: http://bananaandbear.blogspot.com.
